Privacy policy

What Graham Cloud Services collects, why, and what never happens with it. Effective 17 September 2026.

Who this covers

Graham Cloud Services is a sole proprietorship run by Travis Graham in Durham, North Carolina. This policy covers grahamcloud.io, the booking page at book.grahamcloud.io, the customer portal, and the business phone line, including text messages sent from it.

What is collected

• Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in the message.
• Phone calls and texts: your phone number, the time of the call, any voicemail you leave, and the content of texts you send to the business number.
• Customer accounts: billing details are handled by Zoho Billing and Stripe; this business never stores card numbers.
• Site analytics: Google Analytics, with IP anonymization, to see which pages are read. No advertising cookies.

How it is used

To reply to you, to do the work you asked for, to send invoices and reminders for that work, and to keep records the law requires. That is the whole list. Nothing is sold, rented, or used to build advertising profiles.

Text messages

If you call the business number and the call is not answered, you may receive one text acknowledging the missed call, and replies you send continue that conversation. Texts are only ever sent to people who have called the number, booked a call, or asked to be texted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for contact details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Who processes it

Data is stored and handled by the services this business runs on, each under its own privacy terms: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Zoho (CRM, billing, email, booking), Twilio (phone and text), Stripe (card payments), and Google (analytics, calendar). Each sees only what it needs to do its job. None of them may use your information for their own marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within a year. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for seven years after, for tax purposes. Voicemails and text threads are deleted within ninety days unless they are part of a job.

Your choices

Ask and you will get a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion of anything the law does not require keeping. Reply STOP to end texts. Email info@grahamcloud.io or call (984) 306-5372.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything that affects how your information is used will be sent to current customers by email.
