Graham Cloud Services is a one-person shop for businesses that need a website, hosting that doesn't fall over, and someone who understands what's underneath it.
Background
[YEARS] years of hands-on DevOps and site reliability engineering — deploying, scaling, and keeping production systems running for businesses with real traffic and real consequences when things go down. Small business websites are not hard by comparison. They're just usually done carelessly.

[AWS CERTIFICATIONS] — certified on the platform your site runs on, not just familiar with it.
Why this exists
Small businesses get offered one of two things: an agency that bills like one, or a cheap site that nobody ever maintains. This is the middle. Built properly, hosted properly, and looked after by the person who built it.
How I work
Fixed prices, published up front. Direct communication with no account manager in between. [Same-day] replies, always from me. And infrastructure practice from production engineering applied to jobs of any size — from a single landing page to ongoing managed hosting.
What I won't do
Sell you a site you don't need, lock you into a platform you can't leave, or quote a number that changes on the invoice. If a project isn't worth doing, I'll tell you that instead of taking the work.
