Services

Three things, each done to a production standard.

Business process automation, monitoring that tells you the day something breaks, and websites for small businesses. Prices on the page where the work is fixed, a scoped plan where it isn't. Not a sales call.

Business Process Automation

The recurring manual work in a business, invoicing, reconciliation, intake, follow-up, made to run itself and monitored so a silent failure is caught the day it happens. Fixed, published prices.

Also available: cloud and database migrations, SRE support for teams that run their own infrastructure, cost reviews, CI/CD pipeline work, and domain & DNS setup. Ask when you get in touch.

How pricing works

Published where it can be. Scoped where it can't.

Automation packages, the audit, Watch, and custom builds have prices on the automation page. Monitoring and websites are scoped from a short call, and you get a fixed number in writing before anything starts.

Web hosting & small sites

What's included, every month.

Hosting on its own is cheap. What you're paying for is that somebody notices when it breaks.

  • Hosting and bandwidth, handled
  • TLS certificates, renewed automatically
  • Uptime monitoring that alerts us first
  • Security patching on the server
  • Backups, and restores when needed
  • Small content edits as you need them
  • DNS and mail records kept correct
  • Breakage fixed at no extra charge
  • A direct line to the person who built it

Questions people ask

The good ones.

How does pricing work?
Automation packages, the audit, Watch, and custom builds have published prices on the automation page. Monitoring and websites are scoped on a short call and quoted in writing before work starts. The number doesn't change unless the scope does.
What do I get that hiring in-house won't?
You get the work done without carrying a full-time hire through a project that has a start and an end. No ramp-up time on your specific stack that a new employee would need, just the automation, the monitoring, or the site, scoped and delivered.
What tools and platforms do you work in?
The ones you already pay for: QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your phone system, and most anything with an export or a way to connect. Underneath, the automations run on AWS, in accounts you own. If your tool isn't on that list, say so on the call. It usually still works.
Do you work with businesses outside Durham or the Triangle?
None of this is tied to a location. Durham is home base; clients are wherever the business is. Automation, monitoring, and small-site hosting all work the same regardless of where you are.
What happens after I submit a project inquiry?
You hear back directly within 24 hours, usually the same day. Then a discovery call to work out scope, and you get a plan and a price back in writing before anything starts.
Do you still build and host small websites?
Yes. Static HTML, CSS, and a little JavaScript on AWS, no WordPress and no plugin sprawl. TLS renewal, security patching, backups, uptime monitoring, and small content edits are all included.

Not sure which of these you need?
