Terms and conditions

The plain terms for using grahamcloud.io and for text messages from the Graham Cloud Services business line. Effective 17 September 2026.

Text messaging terms

  • Program: Graham Cloud Services customer care texts.
  • What you get: if you call the business number and the call is not answered, one text acknowledging the missed call and inviting you to reply. If you have booked a call, reminders about that booking. Nothing else.
  • How often: only in response to something you did. Typically one to three messages per conversation. No recurring or scheduled marketing messages.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Help: reply HELP, email info@grahamcloud.io, or call (984) 306-5372.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see the privacy policy. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Using this site

Everything on grahamcloud.io is offered as information about the services. Prices shown for fixed-price packages are the prices you pay; custom work is quoted in writing before it starts. A quote, a written plan, or an invoice is the agreement for any piece of work, and where it says something different from this page, it wins.

Work and payment

Fixed-price work is invoiced as described on the page you bought it from. Invoices are due on the date they show. The audit fee is credited in full toward a build that follows it. Monthly services can be cancelled any month by email, effective at the end of the paid period.

What is yours

Anything built for you runs in accounts you own, is documented, and is handed over. Nothing is held hostage. Credentials, data, and the automations themselves belong to you once they are paid for.

Liability

Automations are built to run alongside your existing process until they have proven themselves, and to tell you when they stop. Even so, no software is perfect. Liability for any piece of work is limited to the amount you paid for that work.
