What happens when it breaks?
It tells you, the same day, in the tool you already use. On Watch, it tells us too, and the fix is on us.
Do I have to switch software?
Almost never. The point is making the tools you already pay for talk to each other.
What if I want to stop working with you?
Everything is documented and runs in accounts you own. Packages and Watch are month to month with no contract. Cancel any month.
Is my data safe?
Credentials live in a proper secrets store, never in the automation. Access is the minimum the job needs, and it's written down.
Do you work with businesses outside the Triangle?
Yes. Durham is home base; clients are wherever the process is.
