Business process automation
Two packages you can buy today, each with its own page, and custom automation scoped from a short audit. Every price is on this page.
Fixed prices, published below. A written plan before anything changes.
Your old process stays in place until the new one has proven itself.
Ready-made automations
Two ready-made packages, each with its own page, both together for less, and custom work for everything else. Every price is here.
Package
Every invoice goes out the day the job closes. A reminder goes out before it's due and a nudge the day it's late, in your own wording. You see one list of who owes what.
Package
Someone calls and you can't pick up. Within a minute they get a text that sounds like you: "I'm on a job, tell me what's going on and I'll get right back to you." They reply, you get the summary, and you call when you're free.
Custom
Reconciliation, intake, reporting, the thing only your business does. Scoped from a $1,500 audit that's credited toward the build.
The problem
Download the report. Match it against the other system. Chase what doesn't reconcile. Re-key it. Send the follow-ups. None of it is hard. It's just every week, forever, usually by your most expensive person.
$1,500, credited in full toward the build. The written plan is yours either way.
Why it doesn't break
Anyone can wire up the workflow. We build the part that tells you it stopped. All of this is included, every time.
How an engagement runs
The whole process, and what lands in your inbox at each step.
An hour's conversation about a week in your business. We count what's done by hand, how often, and what it costs when it's late or wrong.
You get: every recurring process, costed in hours a month, and what to automate first.
One page: what it will do, what it won't, which systems it touches, and how we switch back. Then one number.
You get: the plan and a fixed quote, with the audit fee off the top.
It runs next to your existing process, not instead of it, until it has matched you long enough to trust.
You get: a check-in after every cycle, the two side by side.
Alerting wired to the tool you use, documentation someone else could follow, every credential in an account you own.
You get: the handoff document, a thirty-minute walkthrough, and an alert you've seen fire on purpose.
After handoff it tells you when it breaks. On Watch it tells us too, and fixing it is our job. See what Watch costs
Pricing
No call required to find out. Here are the numbers.
Step one
Your recurring manual work, costed and ranked. Credited in full toward the build.
Fixed price
Ready-made packages from $499 to set up and $79 a month, watching included. Custom builds, scoped from the audit, from $6,000.
Custom builds, monthly
We get the alerts too. When it breaks, fixing it is our job, not a new quote. Already included with the packages.
What moves a custom build toward $15,000: more systems, systems with no proper way to connect, and tasks that need judgment. Matching invoice numbers is cheap; reading a handwritten form is not. The audit tells you which you've got.
Who does the work
Seven years automating infrastructure for companies where an hour of downtime costs real money. Same standard, sized for a business like yours. One engineer: the person you talk to, the person who builds it, and the person who answers when it pages. Durham, NC. AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Questions people ask
Short answers. If yours isn't here, ask. Every message gets read.
Describe it in a few sentences. You'll get a reply from a person, not a sales sequence.
